Floorplan renderings
A floorplan can really help a buyer visualize the layout of your home and how their furnishings would fill it

Floorplans have a guaranteed delivery within 3 business days and includes:
- A 2D black and white floorplans
- 3 revisions to floorplan renderings in case you catch something we missed
- Option to upgrade your floorplan to a 3D dollhouse style plan for an additional $40/floor

Photo Services
All photo packages include:
- Professional quality HDR photos with basic lighting and color editing to include blue skies no matter the weather – guaranteed!
- Photo packages are $25/500sqft which includes at least 5 photos per 500sqft plus 5 outdoor photos. Additional photos can be purchased at $25 per 5 additional photos. This is rarely necessary unless you’re property’s exterior calls for additional attention, such as lakefront properties.
- Standard photos have a guaranteed 1 business day delivery and specialized photos are guaranteed within 3 business days but are typically delivered sooner

There are many applications for these specialized photo edits such as: removing a vehicle from the driveway in front of the house, perhaps you’ve since removed an unsightly shed and would like to have existing professional photos modified vs hiring out another photoshoot, it’s possible to virtually finish a home/area that is under construction or renovation and many more scenarios.
We can even edit your photos even if you do not use our photographer services.
